A note about our content
Wellbeing TV is created for general information, education and inspiration. Videos do not provide individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and inclusion does not constitute clinical endorsement by Wallingford Wellbeing.
If you have concerns about your health or are considering changes to your treatment, please speak with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Wallingford Wellbeing directory members are invited to submit short videos for consideration.
Content is selected because it offers something genuinely useful, interesting or thought-provoking, whether that is a simple technique to try, a clearer explanation of a treatment, an accessible look at the evidence or an introduction to someone doing meaningful work locally.
This is not an open advertising feed. Promotional content, unsupported health claims and videos offering guaranteed outcomes will not be published.
Share a practical technique, explain an aspect of your work, answer a frequently asked question or introduce viewers to something you believe more people would benefit from understanding.
Videos should be clear, accessible and genuinely useful rather than simply promotional. All submissions are reviewed, and publication cannot be guaranteed.
